We handle the heavy lifting while providing you complete COBRA administration and customer service that can be seamlessly integrated with your website utilizing your own logos, color palette's via single sign-on for your employer groups.
Service
Our customer service team will handle all customer inquiries and respond to all questions related to participant accounts. We can work directly with your own HR team - or, work independently taking care of all requests for assistance from both employers and participants.
Administration
Your administrator control panel will have access to a custom Dashboard that will allow you to access group information, reports and employer portals. This will be your cloud access that delivers information 24/7, and allows your own HR team to review all stages of the COBRA event at any time.

We're here to help. As always, you can contact your backoffice team for any special requests and additional information about your accounts being administrated. All accounts will have a dedicated account manager assigned to assist.
