Version 8.5 Upgrade

Step 1

This part of the Version 8 upgrade should be completed before proceeding to the next step.

Sololet.mde

(1). Click on the following link and Download the file named "sololet.mde" to your c:\Program Files\Affordable Solutions folder.

Make sure that you SAVE the file. Do not open it.

Sololtr.mde

(2). Click on the following link and Download the file named "sololtr.mde" to your c:\Program Files\Affordable Solutions folder.

Make sure that you SAVE the file. Do not open it.

(3). Once you've completed (1) and (2) above, you will now be able to click on your "Solo Notice Editor" icon on your desktop and *access the new Template Editor. You will want to review each letter included to make sure that it contains the correct text. This process can occur while you still have the older version of Solo installed. After you've changed your letters, you can then proceed to the next step in the upgrade.

*If you have your data files stored on a network drive, you will need to Relink the data.
